Minnesota Horsemen’s Benevevolent and Protective Assoc. (HBPA)
The Minnesota Horsemen's Benevolent & Protective Association, (MNHBPA) are Horsemen Helping Horsemen.
As the legal representative of the independent horsemen who race in Minnesota, the HBPA has over 900 Minnesota horsemen and women members. The HBPA represents more than 35,000 members nationwide.
Riders, owners, trainers and stable employees count on the MN HBPA to negotiate purses and provide benefits including education and recreation programs, a Chaplain and a chapel. The MN HBPA provides, through its Foundation, benevolent assistance to members for medical, dental, prescription, chiropractic, day care and eye care services.
The Minnesota Thoroughbred Association exists, through honesty and integrity, to provide its membership with quality opportunities to breed, buy, sell, and race competitive Minnesota bred horses.
